A CRM that remembers people, not pipeline stages

crm.wito.ai is a CRM for independent consultants. It holds contacts, organisations and projects — and, for every appointment, a preparation and a follow-up. Instead of pipeline stages it works with contexts, template personas and approach concepts. It is part of Wito HQ Pro and is not sold separately.

New, and honestly new: crm runs in exactly one consulting practice today.

Why the sales CRM never fit

Sales software is built for closing, consulting for relationships. Put what one demands of you next to what the other actually involves.

What a sales CRM wants from you

Six obligations, none of which touch the conversation you are having tomorrow.

  • Assign every contact to a pipeline stage
  • Estimate a deal value for every conversation
  • Keep close probabilities up to date as percentages
  • Hold the forecast current until quarter end
  • Log activities so the reporting adds up
  • Sort leads by how warm they are

This is a hypothesis, not a study. crm grew out of a single practice; we did not research this observation with you and we are not claiming we did.

How do you approach someone you barely know?

crm works in three layers: the context in which you meet someone, a template persona within that context, and an approach concept written for that persona. Pick a context — the persona and the approach follow.

The examples are examples. Your library is empty on day one: you write the contexts, personas and concepts yourself, in your own words.

Choose a context

Context

Local politics

People you know through councils, committees and party work.

Template persona

Volunteer council member

Has a day job, reads in the evening, decides in the session rather than before it.

Approach concept

Short, concrete, ending in a question

One page, no attachment. What changes for the municipality, what does it cost, what is being decided? Always propose late-evening slots.

What happens before, during and after an appointment?

In crm the preparation and the follow-up hang off the appointment itself, not off a note you go looking for later. An appointment belongs to a project, and you open both in the same screen.

Before you walk in

You open the appointment and see what you set out to do: what it is about, what was left hanging last time, which questions you want to ask. A field you fill in beforehand so that you are not guessing afterwards.

One preparation entry per appointment.

Strictly speaking: preparation and follow-up are panels on the appointment inside the projects screen, not menu entries of their own. The seven areas are contacts, organisations, projects, library, workshop, marketing and settings.

What crm cannot do

Four things other systems do and this one does not. If any of them is your core need you are in the wrong place — better to know that now than after moving in.

No import

There is no CSV import and no vCard import. You start with the people who matter this week and add the rest as they come up.

No pipeline, no forecast

No deal stages, no close probabilities, no revenue projection. Anyone who lives off those needs a sales CRM, not this one.

No team selling

Built for one person running their own practice. No territories, no lead assignment, no commission accounting.

No full-text search

Search filters the loaded list by text. That carries a few hundred contacts and not a few hundred thousand.

crm is in use in exactly one consulting practice today and has not launched publicly. We would rather say so ourselves than have you find out later.

Where your data sits and how you get it back

Three statements you can check in the software — not three badges.

Tenant separation in the database

Row-level security sits on 33 of the 41 tables and is enforced through a role without superuser rights. The remaining eight are sessions, the audit log and the contract and membership data mirrored in from the platform. "Every table" would be an overstatement, so we do not make it.

Two disclosures, not one

One route hands out your organisation's holdings; a second hands out everything stored about a single person — which is what you need when someone asks under Art. 15 GDPR. Both require a login and both are logged.

Only crm's slice

The export contains what sits in crm. What sits in other Wito systems you fetch there — we do not pretend one export is the whole disclosure.

On top of that, what holds for every Wito system and has been audited externally:

Can an AI assistant work with it?

Yes — as a capability, not as a switched-on state. crm exposes 67 machine routes: the same operations you trigger in the screen, offered a second time as an interface. The connector an assistant reaches them through lives in mcp.wito.ai, not in crm.

67 routes across sixteen areas

Contacts (11), follow-up (10), ideas (8), organisations (6), marketing material, projects and concepts (4 each), credentials, appointments, links and fields (3 each), preparation, contexts and approach (2 each), template personas and collaborations (1 each). Reads and writes, under the same permission as the screen.

The connector in mcp.wito.ai currently covers 65 of the 67 routes; two read routes have not been carried over there yet.

crm, a sales CRM, a spreadsheet or a notebook?

Your real alternatives — without product names, because we could only describe another vendor's product unfairly here.

The three left-hand columns describe categories, not particular products. A good sales CRM beats crm everywhere that selling happens.

Common questions

crm is not sold separately; it belongs to Wito HQ Pro. We name the current price in conversation — on this page it would be wrong within a few weeks, because it is maintained elsewhere.
Not yet. The grant through Wito HQ Pro is built, but it has to be configured per environment. That is why the button on this page leads into a conversation rather than a checkout. It is honest today and will not need rewriting later.
No. There is no CSV import and no vCard import. That is a deliberate gap rather than a roadmap promise: you begin with the people who matter this week.
For a single consulting person running their own practice. The rest of this site addresses companies with 10 to 500 employees; crm is the exception in that portfolio, not a new direction.
One consulting practice. crm has not launched publicly. If you are looking on this page for ratings, customer counts or a wall of logos: there are none, and we are not putting any up.
Yes, through two authenticated and logged export routes: one for your organisation's holdings and one for a single person. Both return the slice that sits in crm.

Let's talk about your week

crm comes with Wito HQ Pro. The honest next step is a conversation: you describe how you work today, and we tell you whether crm fits it — or whether it does not.

No price on this page and no self-serve sign-up. Both on purpose.
